Dear friends, today I'll tell you about the wedding of a beautiful London couple who live in Switzerland: Rebekah e Magnus.
Rebekah and Magnus got married on 2 September 2023 and they celebrated at the Ganci Farm in Celle Ligure, a splendid villa among the vineyards with a wonderful garden, perfect location for country style weddings, elegant but with romantic atmospheres of times gone by.
The villa is located on the hills of The Ligurian one alone 2 km from the sea, a lovely place, which enjoys a mild climate and an unparalleled sea view. The pool, the large terrace and the large flower garden in the shade of the olive trees, they offer characteristic and suggestive corners, perfect for an unforgettable wedding.
Rebekah and Magnus really wanted a country style wedding in Liguria and Villa Ganci made their dreams come true, with his large green spaces overlooking the sea and wooden furnishings with attention to every detail.
For their wedding we celebrated for a whole weekend! The party started on Friday with a super fun pool party at Lido Santa Caterina in Varazze. Naturally I had taken care of all the details and helped the guests by offering a delightful partner hotel, so they stayed overnight in the same location and it was easy to organize a convenient shuttle service for the various trips. Guests are not left alone to search for an unlikely parking spot in the infernal traffic of a summer weekend in a famous seaside location, they are details that count a lot in the success of a party.
The civil ceremony took place on Saturday, in a splendid municipal terrace in Celle Ligure. An interpreter did the simultaneous translation and the ceremony was particularly emotional, how can we forget their happy looks as they realized their life project in this fairytale atmosphere.
For the reception at Villa Ganci a typical traditional Ligurian menu, with focaccia with Recco cheese, pasta with pesto, fish dishes and as a wedding favor a delicious Limoncello from Sorrento.
Also there wedding cake it was a masterpiece: a delicate millefeuille with coffee Chantilly cream… After cutting the cake, the bride changed her dress and the dancing immediately began, continue until two in the morning.
The next day brunch, always at Lido Santa Caterina di Varazze, where I had reserved a large poolside area for them.
Truly an intense weekend, full of unforgettable landscapes, fun and above all lots of love and kindness!
